News reports indicate that the accident occurred on E. Pleasant Valley Blvd in Greenwood yesterday morning around 4:30. Logan Twp police say that 34 year old Justin Sanders of Duncansville was apparently walking in the middle of the right lane of pleasant valley blvd when the tractor trailer came upon him, and had no time to stop. Sanders was hit by the big rig, and died at the scene. The drivers dashboard camera provided police with video of the accident, and supported the drivers story. No charges were filed. The investigation will continue.
