Television news reports indicate that police have charged 33 year old Derek Miller, owner of “Jack of All Trades” construction for failing to provide work after he received payment. A woman told Allegheny Twp police that she contracted with miller to put down a floor and have some painting done sometime last year. The woman claimed to have paid miller $7650. According to a report, miller started some of the work, but disappeared in February. The woman had proof of both payment and the contract for the work to be completed. Miller was charged in 2022 for a similar crime, and now faces two potential court cases.
