The embattled former Dubois City Manager is facing charges of stealing some $620,000 from Dubois city funds for personal use. The AG’s office says it need more time to file additional charges against Suplizio. Also, a judge who was set to hear the case has suddenly recused himself from working the case. The additional charges were to be filed by tomorrow, and the AG’s office is seeking a 15 day extension. Suplizio resigned earlier this year after the missing money became public knowledge.
