The Altoona Mirror reports that 57 year old Michael DeAngelo is charged with 2 counts of allegedly selling illegal CBD products to an undercover state police officer on 2 separate occasions this year. DeAngelo is accused of selling what is known as “Delta 8”, which according to the report is a controlled substance. Deangelo is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, and possession of a small quantity of marijuana. All charges against DeAngelo were bound over for trial, and his arraignment is scheduled for October 6th.
