A report by WTAJ states that the bill contains language that would eliminate the yearly inspections that we have to go through for our vehicles. State Senator Marty Flynn of Northeastern Pa has sponsored the bill that would require an inspection only when a vehicle is purchased or transferred to another person or business, which would save owners from the yearly inspection cost. The bill would not eliminate the annual emissions inspections that some drivers have to have. Pa is one of just 14 remaining state that still conducts the annual vehicle inspections.
