According to a report by WTAJ, police arrested 28 year old Anna Stern after they were sent out to the Dollar General store in Juniata last Friday. The report indicates that police found a 16 month old child inside a car at the store while Stern was inside shopping. A witness said she noticed the the child inside the car, and the music was blaring, the keys were in the ignition and the doors were unlocked. Another person went inside the store and found stern to tell her they found her child. Stern is charged with child endangerment, reckless endangerment and other offenses. She was locked up in the Blair County jail.
