The Altoona republican announced yesterday that he intends to seek a third term in the House of Representatives. Congressman Joyce says he will continue to direct his attention to healthcare and broadband access, which according to the congressman, central pa lacks both. He also says that his mission is to reign in high energy prices, even though the Biden administration is trying to kill fossil fuels in America. Congressman Joyce also said that a farm bill now before congress needs approval to provide food security for all Americans. Congressman Joyce says he will focus on healthcare, veterans, energy the economy and national security.
