According to the report, troopers investigated 671 labor day holidays crashes across the commonwealth. They report alcohol, was a factor in 61 of those crashes, of which two had fatalities. 514 people were arrested for DUI over the holiday weekend. In the local Troop G coverage area, 31 crashes were investigated, with 2 of those involving alcohol.30 DUI arrests were made and 1320 speeding tickets were handed out. Also Troop G officers made 14 criminal arrests during the holiday weekend.
