According to a report by WJAC, the convenience store chain has agreed to build a new store in Richland Twp. The reports indicated that Rutters has purchased an 8 acre tract of land on Scalp Avenue to build their new store. The store will be 12,00 square feet large, with gas pumps and truck bays. Rutters is currently building a large truck stop-convenience store complex along old Rt. 220 at the Pinecroft entrance to I-99 in Blair county. When the work gets started in Cambria County, the store should be completed in 9 months.
