WTAJ reports that police arrested 33 year old Aaron Johnson at an apartment building on the 1500 block of 13th street last Saturday morning. Police reported that Johnson was screaming and banging on walls when they arrived. He was taken to the police station, then was to be transferred to UPMC Altoona for treatment. He became unruly, and punched an officer when AMED personnel tried to get him into an ambulance to go to the hospital. Johnson allegedly told police he took some kind of hallucinogen. He is charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and simple assault. He is locked up in the Blair County jail.
