WTAJ reports that agents from the state along with cooperation from the Center for Missing and Exploited Children worked on several tips they received about someone possibly getting and receiving child pornography. Police say their information led them to an IP address in the Altoona area, and to the home of 33 year old Bradley Sprankle, who lives with his mother. The woman told authorities she did not know what the agents were talking about, and she did not have a computer. Police revealed that Sprankle allegedly had the porn on his cellphone. He was confronted at his work place in Bellefonte, charged with 14 felony counts of possession of child porn and criminal use of a communication facility.
