According to a WTAJ report, Duncansville Police arrested 40 year old Shannon Brubaker and 25 year old Amanda Kozemchak of Altoona on serious drug charges. The report indicates that a parole officer arrived at an apartment Tuesday to check on Brubaker. After being let inside, the officer notice drug paraphenalia inside a bedroom and called for Duncansville police. Officers then found a stash of drugs, which included suspected heroin, methamphetamine cash and other drug paraphenalia. Both women are charged with felony drug possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance. Both are locked up in the Blair County jail.
