WTAJ reports that Antis Twp will send out its new leaf vac truck to collect leaves throughout the borough and township. Residents are encouraged to pile up their leaves, but make sure that nothing else is contained inside the piles. Any signs should be removed from the collection area. You are to have your leaves piled up unbagged, 6-8 feet from the roadway, and will be collected by the truck. Also, make sure any pets are not close to the truck, because of its powerful collection method, pets could be taken in by the vacuum. Also, it is a good idea if people, especially small children to stay clear of the truck.
