Police reports indicate that charges have been filed against 30 year old Caitlyn Pingatore for allegedly giving a woman drugs back in 2022 which led to that woman’s death. The report states that the victim Marlena Koehle was found by her mother insde her bedroom on November 2, 2022. She died from a drug overdose of fentanyl and cocaine. Police found drugs and drug paraphenalia in the bedroom. Another woman told police that she knew of conversations between Pingatore and Koehle and drugs were involved. Pingatore is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver, manufacturing drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
