Earlier this week, police reported that the 2 brothers, identified as Trevor and Waylon Wills, ages 8 and 5 were allegedly taken from somerset county by their father, Warren Wills last week. The report states that Wills was supposed to return the boys to their mother last Sunday, but he failed to show up. After a nationwide search, the boys were located in Nevada and are safe in police custody. Police say that this incident arose out of a civil custody matter between the boys’ parents. No word on what charges the senior Wills will face, or when the boys will be brought back to Pa.
