Thousands of folks will be out, many on the same night collecting candy on Halloween. Law enforcement says to be aware of things that could spoil the fun. Such as, walking along streets at night. If you do make sure to carry some type of flashlight or portable lighting device to be noticeable. And if you are wearing a dark colored costume, wear something that is reflective in light.
