A story from butler county indicates that 50 year old Penny Reep of Armstrong County was on her way to a dentist appointment when she stopped off at a store to cash in some lottery tickets. She the purchased a diamonds and gold scratch off ticket. She scratched it off at the counter, and discovered she won $3 million. Reep told lottery officials and the media that her husband is suffering from an incurable form of cancer, and she says now she can give her husband anything he want during the time they have left together. Reep also said she is battling health issue as well, and can now take care of herself.
