After Tuesdays election, the Cambria County board of Commissioner has turned red. Republicans Scott Hunt and Keith Rager won seats to the board, joining long time democrat commissioner Tom Chernisky. Commissioner BJ Smith was defeated by the voters in Cambria County. A Cambria County election official told TV 10 that this could be the trend that will lead into next years national election. Chernisky and Smith had run as a team for the past several elections. Cambria County is usually democrat friendly in elections.
