A report in today’s Altoona Mirror states emphatically that the Keith athletic field is not for sale to anyone, public or private. That word coming from Superintendent Brad Hatch. He told the Mirror that comments made in a story that appeared yesterday were inaccurate. A city official said that the district was possibly looking to sell to a private owner, but Hatch denied that the field is up for sale to anyone. Stay tuned, because 4 new board members will be joining the board next month, and the field subject could come up for discussion.
