Television news reports suggest that the ring had accumulated some $1.6 million worth of stolen goods from ups warehouses along the east coast. The 4 suspects from Pa have been identified as Aboudramane Karamoko, Shamaire Brown, Quarmiare Brown and Sekou Fofanah all from Philadelphia. Karamoko was arrested in State College, the other 3 in Philly. The burglaries were all carried out between 2021 and April of this year in 5 states, including Pennsylvania. The quartet was targeting packages that had warnings of lithium ion batteries contained inside, suggesting the thieves were targeting high end electronics. All 4 men are in federal custody.
