A register to win box will be located at the following businesses:

• Luther P Miller Inc (3484 Elton Rd, Johnstown, PA 15904)
• Westwood Floral & Gifts (1778 Goucher St, Johnstown PA 15905)
• Cernic’s Cycle World (132 Belmont St, Johnstown, PA 15904)

How To Enter

Fill out a registration slip with registrant’s name, address, phone number, and email address and put registration slip in the provided registration box. Registrants may only fill out one slip per day at each register to win location.

• The grand prize will be drawn from all registration slips at random from the registration box on January, 2^nd , 2024
• Winner will contacted and announced on January 3^rd, 2024
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter
• No employees of Luther P Miller Inc. are eligible to win grand prize

Grand Prize and Declared Value:

• Grand prize is $2,000 worth of heating oil from Luther P Miller Inc. (Price/gallon is based on the price at the time of winning)
• Winner will be notified by phone
• This prize has no cash value
• The prize is transferable.

• Winner must fill out an IRS Form 1099

Lightner Communications in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s) is conducting a contest named above. Odds of winning will vary based on Contest(s) participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Beginning on the above Effective Date, Lightner Communications, will be giving away the above-described Prize(s). The Prize(s) is transferable. If a Winner declines the Prize(s), there will not be any alternate Prize(s) available in substitution and that Prize(s) will not be re-awarded and becomes the property of Lightner Communications. Any Contest winner who during the course of a calendar year wins more than $600 in prizes in the aggregate from will receive an IRS Form 1099. Prize(s) may not be exchanged and have no cash value. Any questions or comments regarding the operation of the Contest must be made in writing to Participating Radio Station(s) Operations Director at the Studio Address. All Contest Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station(s) at their sole discretion. Lightner Communications retains the right to cancel this Contest for any reason at any time. Copies of the rules can be obtained on the station(s) websites, on the back of each register to win box, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Studio Address.
