Penn State has found a new offensive coordinator to replace Mike Yurcich. He’s Andy Kotelnicki who served as the Kansas Jayhawks associate head coach and offensive coordinator this year. Kotelnicki will be the sixth offensive coordinator for Penn State in the James Franklin coaching era.
