Pennsylvania drivers continue to pay higher-than-average prices at the pump. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular was unchanged on Friday at just over three dollars and 57 cents, as the national average rose slightly to just under three-28 a gallon. Gas prices are still lowest in Texas, where the average price at the pump rose a penny to a little over two-75 a gallon. In California, the most expensive gas in America slipped one cent to four-83 a gallon.
