Hollidaysburg Police are looking for an inmate who escaped the Blair County Prison yesterday. He’s 33 year old Isaiah Tilghman from Philadelphia who was being held in the county lock-up on drug-related charges. Details of his escape have not been released. He is described as a black male, 5’10”, weighing about 160 pounds. If you have any information on Tilghman’s whereabouts you are asked to call 911.
