News reports from late Sunday night indicate that 33 year old Isaiah Tilghman walked away from the Blair County prison. Tilghman is described as a black man, 5’10’tall weighing around 160 lbs. Tilghman was in jail for drug related crimes, plus on a state parole detainer. No other details were released. No one is saying how Tilghman got out of the facililty.
