A license plate was found in Philadelphia yesterday believed to be from a vehicle that Blair County escaped inmate, Isaiah Tilgman stole. U.S. Marshals of the Eastern Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force recovered the plate that was previously on a truck believed to have been stolen on Dec., 3rd. The 33 year old Tilgman, who was from Philadelphia, was incarcerated in the Blair County Prison on narcotics charges. Tilgman is a black male, standing 5’10’, weighing 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and hair and multiple tattoos on each arm. If you know of his whereabouts you are asked to call 911.
