A Duncansville woman is facing felony charges, including attempted solicitation, and conspiracy to commit murder. 43 year old Heather Dibert was charged after she allegedly offered a Lewistown man cash and drugs to kill her estranged wife and the woman’s family. Dibert was arrested yesterday and is currently in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of $1 million dollars bail. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 20th. Also arrested in this case was 34 year old Zachary Sellers of Lewistown. Sellers allegedly confessed that Dibert led him to the victim’s home and offered him drugs and money to burn it down. He faces a preliminary hearing on numerous felony charges, tomorrow.
