According to ESPN, Tom Allen, former head coach at Indiana State University, will be the next defensive coordinator at Penn State. Allen was fired as head coach last month, departing with a 33-49 record. Allen would be replacing Manny Diaz, who has accepted a job as head coach of Duke.
