A cook in Johnstown is a happy man today. Earlier this week Donald Eller who is a cook, was a $1 million dollar winner on a scratch off ticket he bought at his place of business, which is Bigdogz Grill in Johnstown. Eller says he doesn’t know yet what he plans to do with his winnings except to help those who have helped him.
