A new labor contract was ratified yesterday between the Blair County Commissioners and the Service Employees International Union which represents Children, Youth and Families workers. The three year contract grants three percent raises for next year, and two percent raises for both 2025 and 26 to all full-time workers. The commissioners also approved a letter agreement with the union to raise financial incentives for new full-time hire.
