A 23 year old Charleroi, Pa. man was charged yesterday with three felonies stemming from an alleged sexual assault that occurred in State College. He’s been identified as Gabriel Uribe who reportedly filmed a sexual assault of a woman in October of 2021. Authorities say the victim admitted to engaging in consensual sex with Urible before he allegedly began forcing her to have sex. She also claims Urible, slapped her across the face numerous times and forced her to have oral sex while he filmed her on his cell phone. Uribe then posted the sexual encounter on his Snapchat account. He is currently out on $65,000 unsecured bail and faces a preliminary hearing on January 10th.
