Pennsylvania State Police have released their annual New Year’s holiday crash and enforcement report. Their data shows that from the period of Dec., 30th to Jan.,1st, they responded to to 336 crashes and made over 320 DUI arrests. Of the crashes, police say five people lost their lives and 68 others were injured. State Police say alcohol was a factor in 47 of those crashes.
