A 36 year old Northern Cambria man is facing charges of animal abuse after an emaciated dog was allegedly found at his home earlier this month. He’s been identified as Brandon Yamrick. The dog was reportedly found tied in his backyard by a Northern Cambria Police Officer. Authorities say the dog was severely emaciated. The dog has been surrendered to the Indiana County Humane Society. Yamrick has been charged with misdemeanor offenses for animal cruelty and neglect.
