A Clearfield man has been accused of sexually assaulting two children. He’s 35 year old Lance Spencer, who was arrested last week. Spencer has been charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and various other charges. Spencer reportedly posted bond for his release from the Clearfield County Prison. His preliminary hearing is slated for Jan. 24th.
