An overnight fire in Somerset County has resulted in the death of an individual and injuries to two others. Reportedly the fire occurred early yesterday morning in a home, located on Broad Avenue in Central City. According to authorities, when firefighters arrived, three people were trapped inside, with one individual having died. The other two were sent to Conemaugh Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries. An investigation is underway.
