A former Penn State student has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman last fall in his university dorm. Penn State Police have identified him as 18 year old Samuel Logan of Mechanicsburg. The woman reportedly told authorities she agreed to meet Logan in his dorm room last September and told him she could only stay for 15 minutes. Once there, he allegedly spit, strangled and bit the woman before throwing her on the floor and sexually assaulting her. Logan is charged with felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion, among other charges. He is currently free on bail. His preliminary hearing is set for January 31st.
