A Claysburg man is in jail for allegedly taking thousands from a Bedford County couple for home improvements he never worked on.  State Police say 58 year old Brian Eugene Miller was hired by a Harrison Township couple to replace a roof on their home and the roof of a pavilion of their church. They reportedly wrote out a check to Miller for a little over 7 thousand dollars to buy materials. He allegedly cashed the check but never came back to do the work. Miller was arraigned last week on home improvement fraud charges and is currently in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of bail.
