An Altoona man who recently appeared on the Altoona Police Department’s most wanted list has been apprehended. He’s 31 year old Dalton Hardy who is accused of assaulting a 13 year old girl in 2022. Reportedly the girl told authorities that after watching porn, Hardy allegedly assaulted her while she tried to roll away from him and pretend to sleep. Hardy was arraigned yesterday on a felony charge of corruption of minors and numerous other charges and is now in the Blair County Prison in lieu of bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 7th.
