A Pennsylvania man who federal prosecutors say played a key role in the Capitol riot awaits sentencing after he was convicted on multiple counts. Prosecutors in Washington, D.C. said Friday that Ryan Samsel was found guilty of assaulting a Capitol Police officer after he and other protesters breached a restricted area on the Capitol grounds. Samsel, who remains in custody, was also found guilty of civil disorder. Sentencing is set for June 13th.
