A Saxton man is behind bars today after he allegedly raped a woman inside her apartment last month. Bedford Borough police arrested 42 year old Douglas Ilgen. Reportedly the victim let him in, thinking he was coming to her home to play cards, but once there he allegedly sexually assaulted her. Ilgen was arraigned yesterday on numerous charges including rape. He is being held in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
