A Nor’easter is affecting parts of the East Coast today, including Pennsylvania. A winter storm warning is in effect until 11 this morning in Blair, Cambria, Huntingdon, Mifflin and Juniata Counties. PennDOT crews are out pre-treating the roadways and both PennDOT and the Pa., Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel.
