Some planned power outages are scheduled for parts of Clearfield County. Penelec has scheduled the outages for Monday February 19th from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. along Juniata Street, Juniata Street Ext., Lungren Road, 1st Street, Clear Run Road, Rural Avenue., Hetrick Road, Bearfield Road, and Greenwood Road. If Penelec needs to reschedule the power outages they will do so on Tuesday February 20th.
