A 19 year old South Fork, Cambria County man is facing more rape charges after authorities say he sexually assaulted another teen. William Douglas is facing felony rape after the 17 year old victim contacted police. Last week the victim saw a report where Douglas had been arrested on another case involving rape charges and reported a similar incident had happened to her, last April. She reported that Douglas forced her into sexual acts while allegedly filming it on his phone. Douglas is facing numerous charges including a felony charge of rape and aggravated indecent assault without consent. He is also facing similar charges for a different sexual assault that occurred in January and November of last year. Douglas was arraigned last week and is being held in the Cambria County Prison on $250,000 bail.
