The number of fishing and hunting licenses issued in Pennsylvania has decreased. That’s compared to their sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Pennsylvania Game Commission and Fish and Boat Commission’s annual report released yesterday shows the nearly 845-thousand hunting licenses sold last year were just about 90-thousand fewer than those sold in 2020. The commissioners say their proposed changes in key hunting dates will help put the state figures back on track.
