Two brothers from Stroudsburg, Pa. have been charged with assaulting police in the January 6th riots at the U.S. Capitol. Andrew Valentin was arrested Sunday in South Whitehall Township and made his initial appearance in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Matthew Valentin was arrested Monday in Wilkes-Barre and made his initial appearance in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Federal investigators say they used video from the riot, Facebook images and interviews with acquaintances to build their case against the brothers.
