Two more Altoona teens have been charged in a shooting that occurred on New Year’s Day. They’ve been identified as 17 tear old Jay Seville and 18 year old James Fisher. So far, seven teens have been charged as adults in this case. Both Seville and Fisher face numerous felony charges .The charges stem from what was described as a gang war among the teens that led to a shooting in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day on the 700 block of 4th Street. Last week five other teens were also charged in this case. Altoona Police have said all seven are being charged as adults because of the severity of their crimes. Evidence in the case shows this was a planned event, meant to seriously injure or kill one of the teens involved.
