A wind advisory is in effect until 10:00 this morning for central Pennsylvania. Forecasters with the National Weather Service say westerly winds will reach up to 30 miles per hour, gusting up to 50 at times. Officials say this could result in some tree limbs breaking and hitting power lines, so outages may also be possible. They say you should secure anything outside that might blow around, and to be especially cautious if you drive a high-profile car or truck.
