Prosecutors say a man charged with beheading his father and calling for overthrowing the government might have also been planning to attack federal buildings. Justin Mohn was arrested last month in Pennsylvania after appearing to post a video online speaking against the government while holding his father’s severed head. Now the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office says he had instructions on how to make explosives along with pictures of several federal facilities. He’s been hit with additional charges of terrorism, possession of an instrument of crime, robbery and other offenses.
