Pennsylvania motorists are paying a bit more this week as they top off the tank. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular rose Friday in the Keystone State to a few tenths under three dollars, 56 cents, this as the corresponding national figure rose to a few tenths over three twenty-eight.
