Convention of States Action is having a public meeting Saturday, February 24th from 10 to 11am at Watermarke Church, 1690 Zion Road in Bellefonte.  The group advocates fiscal restraints on the federal government, reduced waste and over-reach.  For information, email tem4@psu.edu
